SinglePoint improvements continue

By Boston Software on November 30th, 2018

SinglePoint gets better every day as we continue to make corrections and enhancements to the platform. (And thank you for bringing some of these to our attention and for your patience!) We will continue to add features and enhancements on a regular basis and won’t rest until SinglePoint lives up to our and your high expectations.

Features and enhancements recently added to SinglePoint:

  • New tab for Forms where you can create forms without having to rate and retrieve all saved forms associated with this quote/client
  • Rating of Agreed Value Jewelry is now functional for all carriers that support it
  • Homeowners and Dwelling Fire Short Forms are now available
  • Protection Class Updates
  • Credit Retrieval enhancement
  • Enabled Dwelling Fire Guidelines to be overridden
  • Improved casing on information retrieved from the RMV Lookups
  • Added options for Home Rating: “Apply New Home Credit Automatically” and “Apply Preferred/Superior Home Automatically”

Bug fixes:

  • Incorrectly prompted to enter Loss Detail upon opening previously saved quotes
  • Issues with MAIP Voluntary Rate and down payment calculation
  • Invalid Incident descriptions are not flagged by hints and warnings
  • Carrier Plan names on Premiums panel were improperly wrapping
  • Issues with town/garaging names which weren’t recognized by SinglePoint when retrieved from RMV
  • RMV lookups were not working with registered Trailers. Quotes will open when trailers have VINs
  • “Must Provide Agency Contact” when quoting
  • Several minor issues with VINs not being recognized
