Transition from WinRater to SinglePoint is going pretty darn well
It’s true, the transition to SinglePoint is going well, despite some hiccups with specific agencies and that frustrating Microsoft data center outage last week.
Check out these numbers:
- More agents use SinglePoint to rate on a daily basis now than WinRater.
- Approximately 2/3 of quotes are now generated in SinglePoint (compared to approx. 1/3 in WinRater).
- On Sept. 5, for example, SinglePoint cranked out over 25,000 quotes.
Since July 1, 2018, when we implemented a number of speed and performance enhancements, we have seen a steady increase in the number of quotes completed in SinglePoint and the number of CSRs using SinglePoint. And the performance, response time, and stability have stayed steady even with more users performing more work in SinglePoint.
This is excellent!
We still have some work to do, including rolling out a few more features and fixing minor bugs, but there are plenty of reasons to feel good. Most agents really like the easy Web access, the new look & feel, and the simple quote-to-issue workflow.
