Almost, but first you must enter your unique Carrier Credentials in SinglePoint Settings in order to rate/submit to carriers. Your Carrier Credentials are the user name and passwords you use to log in to your carrier’s online portal(s).
If you are a brand new agent to SinglePoint, you will need to enter Agency Codes and Rating defaults in SinglePoint Settings. But if you are a new User joining an existing SinglePoint agency, you will have the benefit of any previously set Agency Codes and defaults entered by your Singlepoint Account Manager/Admin.

Yes, all Users within an agency are able to view, open, edit a co-worker’s quote.
No, you need to save your quotes in order to copy them in your online database and retrieve/edit them later.
Yes, Auto and Home policies can be exported from most AMS into SinglePoint.
You will automatically have access in SinglePoint, as we have an RMV integration in place. However, your agency is responsible to make sure all the appropriate documents and background checks are completed.
