Vehicle tab
- Foremost ARS is only able to quote Private Passenger and Pickups (not Motorcycles)
- The number of vehicles must be less than or equal to 6.
- The Salvage Title option is located in the Additional Coverages section of the SinglePoint screen, underneath the vehicle limits.
Driver tab
- Residence state must be Massachusetts
- The number of drivers must be less than or equal to 7.
Client Info screen
- On the Client tab, the Primary insured (and, if applicable, Secondary) First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth must match those in the Driver Tab.
Quote Info screen
- Foremost ARS is not able to quote a backdated policy. If you enter a prior date, Foremost ARS will change it to calendar effective date. Also, Foremost ARS is able to quote 90 days forward from the current calendar date.

- If Credit Check Authorization under General Endorsements is selected, a credit report will be run during the quoting process, otherwise a default of CW (average) will be used.
- Quotes may be rated with an effective date up to 90 days from the current calendar date, however quotes may not be backdated. If a prior effective date is used, it will be changed to the current calendar date.
- Loss type may impact premium, please make sure all loss detail is accurately entered for the past 5 years.
- Not all SinglePoint coverage limits and deductible options are supported in Foremost ARS; the closest available limit will be rated. You may refine the selection once you bridge the quote if different combinations are preferred.
- Platinum endorsement is designed for the policyholder who wants a greater level of Homeowners protection and is available on all form types (HO3, HO4 and HO6).
