To become an EVR Lite agency you must complete the Massachusetts RMV EVR application process. Boston Software is here to assist you with the application process and get your questions answered.
Agencies must process between 10-30 RTAs per month to be be eligible for EVR Lite. To demonstrate that this threshold can be met, gather the Registration and Title and/or Reg. Transfer transactions your agency has processed over the previous two months and enter the insured names, addresses, and VINs in a spreadsheet or word document and send to Melissa Nowak (see email below). Alternatively, you can submit copies of the RTAs.
The RMV will take approximately seven days to review this information and confirm that you can meet the minimum volume. The RMV will send you (and Boston Software) an email informing you of your approval status. If approved, Boston Software will send you a separate email with a secure link to the EVR Lite Welcome Packet, which details all the forms and requirements to become an EVR Lite agent.

We will facilitate the processing of your application with the RMV and get you an answer as quickly as possible.
