There are many ways to get help while rating in SinglePoint. Below are three options.
From the SinglePoint dashboard, click on the question mark (?) in the upper right of the screen. A drop-down menu will list three options:
- Boston Software Home Page – from there you can access the Resource Center
- Start Remote Assistance – to obtain Tech Support
- Ask Support a Question – to email us a question
From the Plan Summary, you can also click on Get Help in the top navigation and choose from the following options:
- Send Quote to Boston Software – to send in misquotes or errors that are carrier specific
- Get Remote Assistance – to get Tech Support
- Boston Software Resource Center
From within a quote, you can also click on File Actions > Send Quote to Boston Software to send us quotes. Please use this feature for general errors, not carrier-specific ones.
