All Commerce Auto rating has now been transitioned to the new Guidewire plan. This plan requires the entry and application of new Guidewire specific agency codes in SinglePoint Settings.
If you do not know your new agency codes, you must reach out to MAPFRE to obtain them. Contact your MAPFRE Marketing Rep or Agency Interface at email@example.com.
To add the new code to SinglePoint Settings, a SinglePoint Account Manager must go to: SinglePoint Settings > Rating > Agency Codes and hover over the auto icon to “Add Agency Code.” Be sure to do this for all branch offices with the “Change Facility” feature.
