How to process a Registration reinstatement in SinglePoint

On the SinglePoint dashboard, click the RMV Services button

Click on the Reg Reinstatement tab

Fill in the required information on the Reg Reinstatement screen and click PROCESS

Check the results returned from the RMV. If consumer is eligible for reinstatement and wants to complete transaction online, click PROCEED. If ineligible for reinstatement, click the Go Back button.

Consumer receives an email requesting payment for Registration reinstatement

Agent receives confirmation that an email requesting payment was sent to consumer

Consumer enters credit card information on payment page

Consumer receives email containing a link to download receipt from RMV

RMV transaction receipt
