Every month, our Customer Service department gets dozens of calls and emails with agents asking us to help reset their SinglePoint password. Sometimes you forget your password and can get locked out of the program. Understandably you may get frustrated or intimidated or confused. You can always call Boston Software tech support – we’re more than happy to walk you through the reset process. You can also ask the SinglePoint Account Manager in your agency to reset it for you.
But, just so you know, you could reset your password in SinglePoint by yourself. It is very easy and would save you the time to call Boston Software. All you have to do is click the “Forgot your ID or Password?” link on the SinglePoint login screen:
Enter your SinglePoint ID (i.e. Identification) and email address. SinglePoint will instantly email you with a link to create a new password. Follow the simple steps and you will be quoting in SinglePoint in no time. By the way, if you don’t remember your SinglePoint ID, you can click the link that says “Forget your SinglePoint ID?” and we will instantly email your ID.
