Please be aware that Hanover Auto Insurance is applying the Paid in Full credit to every quote in SinglePoint, even if it was not selected by the agent or the insured does not qualify for it. This discount is included by Hanover during the Real-Time Rating process. You cannot remove it in SinglePoint.
We are working with Hanover to change how they are handling this. In the meantime, you must submit the quote to Hanover and remove the discount in their web processing system.
