Boston Software is delighted to announce that Melissa Nowak (pronounced Novak) has joined the company as EVR Program Coordinator and Account Manager. Melissa brings over 20 years of RMV Registration experience to the position, having worked at an auto dealership and CVR, one the leading electronic vehicle registration vendors in the country. “From processing to troubleshooting Registrations, I have done it all,” Melissa says.
Melissa’s hiring reflects the expanding partnership between Boston Software and the Massachusetts RMV. Melissa will be a key player in the company’s ongoing collaboration with the RMV as more Registry capabilities are added to the SinglePoint rating platform. (Learn more about SinglePoint RMV here.)
Outside of work, Melissa loves to vacation, kayak, and spend time with her family. She has three cats and volunteers with her son at a local cat rescue shelter.
