On Jan. 14, 2020, Microsoft is ending its support for the Windows 7 operating system. After that date, your PC will no longer receive updates or patches and will be considered non-compliant by Microsoft as well as many of your carriers and third-parties.
We highly recommend that you update any computers in your agency that are still running Windows 7. Some PCs may be eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 10. You should discuss this option with your IT vendor to understand your options.
