Aside from a name change, the only change in SinglePoint is the addition of an Agency Code in the Home Carrier Options Tab. (This option already exists in Auto Carrier Options Tab.)
For rating and submission with Main Street America, SinglePoint Account Managers will need to enter their Agency Code, SinglePoint Account Managers will need to enter their Agency Code in the Agency Code management field, as this is no longer captured in Carrier Credentials. To do this, go to: SinglePoint Settings > Rating > Agency Codes and add the Agency Code under the Home icon. Be sure to select “Change Facility” if your agency has additional branch locations.
