We partnered up with our longtime friends at New London County to create Real-Time Rating for MA homeowners policies. NLC has been partners with us since way back in the WinRater days. However on March 1, 2023, we will no longer “manufacture” the NLC rates and instead go live with Real-Time Rating.
Don’t worry, quoting NLC will basically remain the same in SinglePoint. The writing plans will still be Hingham/Danbury. However, there are two important things to set up:
Your SinglePoint Manager will need to add your NLC Agency Code to SinglePoint Settings.
To do this, go to: SinglePoint Settings > Rating > Agency Codes and add the Agency Code under the Home icon. Be sure to select “Change Facility” if your agency has additional branch locations.
Agency Code:
Each SinglePoint user in your agency should enter his/her NLC User ID and Password in SinglePoint Settings.
To do this, go to: SinglePoint Settings > Carrier and Third Party Credentials, scroll down to Hingham/Danbury, Enter Credentials and hit SAVE.
