In September we added Real-Time Rating for Preferred Mutual’s HO polices in SinglePoint. We kept the manufactured rates available during Septmber to make sure the transtion was smooth.
Please be aware that on Thursday Oct. 1, we will remove the manufactured rates. This should not cause any problems; however, you should be aware of a few items:
- Be sure to add your Preferred Mutual Agency Code in SinglePoint Settings.
- At the top of the menu bar, select SinglePoint Settings
- Select Rating
- Select Agency Codes
- Scroll down to the Preferred Home section and add your appropriate code(s)
- For more specific instructions, click here.
- To open a quote that was previously saved with manufactured rates, make sure that you add “Preferred Mutual RT” rates to the quote.
