Refund Policy

Please be aware that Boston Software stands behind every SinglePoint product, component, and carrier ratebook. However, in the event your agency needs to remove a specific component such as Umbrella or a specific carrier ratebook, we will issue a refund.  The refund will be prorated to your SinglePoint License anniversary date (specifically, the nearest calendar quarter).

In instances where your agency wants to terminate your entire SinglePoint license for reasons including dissatisfaction with the product, agency going out of business or merging with another agency, we will issue a refund.  The refund will be prorated to your SinglePoint License anniversary date (specifically, the nearest calendar quarter), but will not include the Integration Fee. (The Integration Fee covers the cost to perform unique integration setup work for each agency.)

Sales Tax is not refundable 90 days past the payment date.
