Email RMV docs to RMV for approval to use SinglePoint

Notify Boston Software when RMV documents have been sent.
Add new users to SinglePoint (managers only)
Go to: SinglePoint Settings > Manage Employees > Add New User
Add Agency Codes (managers only)
Go to: SinglePoint Settings > Rating > Agency Codes > Add New Agency Code > Save Changes
• Change facility and add codes for each branch office, if applicable.
Add Carrier Credentials
Go to: SinglePoint settings > Carrier and Third-Party Credentials > Add User IDs and Passwords > Save Changes
Set Carrier Defaults (managers only)
Go to: SinglePoint Settings > Rating > Home Rating Defaults OR Auto Rating Defaults > Save Changes
Reach out to each carrier rep to get e-stamp approval
Carrier reps need to send approval to firstname.lastname@example.org.
