RMV temporarily changes policy on registration forms

As you might have already heard, the RMV has lifted restrictions pertaining to the processing of RTAs by EVR program agents and non-EVR program dealers. Agents can now re-enter the RTA in SinglePoint and fax or scan/email the form to their customers. The rubber stamp can be applied prior to faxing and the e-stamp can be applied prior to scanning.
