Multi-tasking is how we all conduct ourselves these days, but what if you’re in the middle of preparing an RTA in SinglePoint and your phone rings? Or, what if you need to call your customer to obtain some missing information required to complete the RTA? No need to worry about losing the data entered thus far, because Boston Software has a new Save for Later feature in SinglePoint.
At any point in the RTA process, you can select the Save for Later button.
Once you’re ready to dive back into the RTA, simply select Open Previously Saved Transaction in the SinglePoint RMV menu and you can continue your work.
Your saved transactions will appear in a list. Select the transaction you want and your RTA will open, allowing you to complete the missing information and finish the process!
