Work faster – and smarter

SinglePoint RMV’s real-time data exchange with the RMV’s ATLAS system creates a range of workflow breakthroughs for agencies (with more to come). These include:

RMV Lookup validates driver, vehicle, and policy information and pulls the data directly into your quote – no re-keying!

RTA Pre-fill lets you pull RMV data and pre-fill an RTA – without doing a quote. Then print, save, or email the RTA to your insured.

RTA Get Ready enables agents to quickly create an RTA and verify that the RTA and paperwork are in order before insureds head to the RMV branch or mail in their documents. A bar code printed on the RTA indicates the transaction has been pre-approved.

RMV e-Stamps: SinglePoint includes RMV-approved electronic insurance stamps for every MA auto carrier. Agents can apply e-stamps to Registration renewals requiring insurance verification, Registration reinstatements, and RTAs for new vehicle purchases. This feature brings together agents, consumers, and auto dealers and makes a formerly cumbersome task quick and easy.

Renew and reinstate Registrations

Registration reinstatements and renewals let agents process certain Registration transactions in SinglePoint, eliminating the need to create an RTA, apply an e-stamp, and send insureds to the RMV. Instead, insureds get an email link to pay for the transaction, and the RMV mails out the new Registration.

Now available: RMV Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR)

This is a real breakthrough! The RMV has enabled insurance agencies to register and title vehicles electronically. Boston Software is an authorized Service Provider for EVR, with all functionality available in SinglePoint.  Larger agencies that process more than 30 Registrations a month can qualify for EVR Full and issue metal plates.  Smaller agencies only need to process between 10-30 Registrations a month and are able to print temporary plates so that they do not have to maintain an inventory of metal plates.
