Ninety-five percent of all quotes sent in to Boston Software are answered and usually resolved within one hour. We pride ourselves on Customer Service and recently we have added to staff to accommodate incoming quotes and phone calls. There may be times when a known issue is occurring and we will communicate that to agents, to the best of our ability. There are also quotes that require escalation to our Analysts and/or the Carriers. When this is the case, we will notify agents and follow up until resolution is complete. When in doubt, always send in your quotes for review.
